Infant Sleep Learning
You and your new baby need good rest.
You don’t have to figure out how to get that all on your own.
Feeling overwhelmed by night feeds, short naps, and sleep regressions? In this short video Dr. Kim Hine ND breaks down gentle, evidence-informed strategies that are covered in the sleep programs, to help your baby (and you!) sleep better — without harsh methods or one-size-fits-all rules. Learn how to read your infant’s sleep cues, create a predictable nap and bedtime routine, and use small, sustainable changes to reduce night wakings. Perfect for exhausted parents looking for practical, compassionate support tailored to real family life.
Everything your infant knows, they've had to learn from day one.
Being an excellent sleeper isn't something they are born with, just like everything else, they have to learn the skills it takes to get deep restful sleep.
Many parents struggle with their baby's sleep patterns and wonder if they are doing something wrong. A professional infant sleep consultant can offer support, guidance and evidence-based solutions to help families achieve better sleep quality and quantity.
As someone who once stood in your shoes, I intimately understand your struggles and challenges. I remember feeling lost, overwhelmed, and frustrated like you might feel right now.
Through extensive training, trial and error with my own child, and never giving up, I discovered the strategies that worked, and learned how to replicate them for others as well. I honed my skills and became an expert in my field, by facing the same challenges you're dealing with now.
But why trust me? Because I'm not just a faceless expert. I'm someone who's been there and felt what you're feeling. I understand, and have the knowledge, training, and experience with many families, to help you too.
Enhance Your Well-being by teaching your infant to be a super sleeper
You don't need to be the family running on fumes, so sleep deprived you don't know day from night. You can learn the time tested tools and techniques to teach your infant how to become a phenomenal sleeper, so you can be vibrantly happy and healthy and love all the moments with your little one.
EMBRACE THE POSSIBILITY
What if I told you that you can start to teach your infant healthy sleep habits from the day they are born?
Imagine the possibilities. Instead of waiting for sleepless nights that get worse and worse over time, what if you could start with healthy habits and be one of the parents that doesn't know what severe sleep deprivation feels like.
Or maybe you're already further in than day one. That's ok too, because your baby's brain is growing rapidly every single day, and that means that you can teach them successful sleep simply by implementing healthy sleep habits at any point. Unsuccessful habits can be retrained quickly when you have the right tools!

Absolutely NOT!
There are a number of different types of sleep learning tools. While there is a unit that talks about the cry it out method, there are also many other units talking about different sleep learning methods including 100% no cry methods. You can choose which information you use or not. Cry it out not for you? Skip that section and choose a blended or no cry method solution instead.*
*These methods are covered in the Advanced Sleep Learning Program

If your infant has a diagnosed medical condition please speak with their healthcare provider before purchasing any online programs. Information is provided as educational only and does not replace the advice from your healthcare provider.
However, while some advanced techniques like self soothing methods might not be appropriate for certain medical conditions, many approaches such as creating healthy habits, schedules, routines, and no-cry learning solutions can often be modified to suite the needs of any infant and caregiver.

All units in all three programs are delivered in short video segments. The videos are kept as short as possible because we know how difficult it can be to pay attention if you're sleep deprived!
Some of the units also include handouts, worksheets, or questionnaires to help you understand and use the information provided.
-
YES!
You can still apply all of the tools and techniques if your family is choosing to co-sleep. We even discuss safety around co-sleeping in one of the modules.
That being said, co-sleeping can cause the implementation and success of techniques to sometimes take longer than expected, but persistence can overcome this and allow you to still be successful.

Meet the Teacher
Mom, Naturopathic Doctor, and Infant Sleep Consultant. I wear a lot of hats, just like you. And sleep deprivation with my infant took too high of a toll that I knew something had to be done. So I learned all of the tools and techniques needed to make successful sleepers, and practiced for years with my individual clients. But the information needs to be more accessible. It shouldn't cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars to learn how to teach your baby to sleep.
So I created a super accessible program, just for you, and the information provided is from my training as an infant sleep consultant, Naturopathic Doctor, and mom of a child who was very tricky sleeper. I’ve been the sleep deprived mom, and I want you to have a better experience and be more well rested.
